Revolutionary elections in the post-Soviet states
The elections in USSR did not satisfy democrats after 1985 as well, the elections in post-Soviet space do not correspond to the demands of democracy even today. The voice count for one candidate is almost at one hundred percent not only in Central Asia, but, curiously, in Georgia too. Even the EU representative was forced to admit this: almost 100% for Saakashvili is certainly not an evidence of democracy!

The entire previously existent system of international conflict control was based on the firm pillar- internal stability of the main constructs of the world structure- the United States and the Soviet Union. In this positive sense USSR is lost to the world. Would Russia be able to take on itself the stabilizing functions of the former Union, in commonwealth with other states, large and small?

Every new undertaking is difficult, mainly, because it is, as a rule, preceded by some long- term tradition, in respect of which it offers reappraisals of different kinds. The most lasting tradition is the progress of the mankind itself, from the most ancient times, represented by the train of undertakings and reappraisals- they reflex the history of mankind. That's why the conclusion about the existence of a unique science- the History science- is correct. It gives an account of all the undertakings and reappraisals, interrupting the old traditions and beginning the new ones, or only altering them. And eventually constituting the modern knowledge: it has been forming out of more specialized and detailed histories of different kinds of human activities, having already attained or still attaining the status of brunch sciences.

1. The crisis situation in the SOAR (South Ossetian Autonomous Region) and a crucial character of the present status.
The decades of predominance of the party-bureaucratic nomenclature, slavishly dependent on the republican authorities, taking care only of its own official ranks and both material and social privileges, connected with them, had led the economy of the region to the verge of breakdown, to the prime of corruption and formation of mafia groupings of smart operators, who share their revenues with higher "comrades".
We demand: power must be granted to people and its electoral organs, law is higher than the party resolutions and telephone right, down with the misappropriation and bribery, down with the feudal-serfdom supremacy of the nomenclature!
